Snappy Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Snappy: Product Photos, provided by PetalPro Technologies LLC. By using Snappy, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in photos you provide and generated results. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transform your content to operate Snappy. You represent that you have the necessary rights to your uploads. Do not use Snappy for illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
AI-generated results
Results are generated automatically and may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected changes. Review every result before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.
Credits, subscriptions, and purchases
Eligible new installations receive three promotional credits. The Snappy monthly subscription includes 50 credits per billing period for US $6.99, subject to the price shown at checkout. Monthly credits do not roll over. Top-up credits are available only to subscribers, do not expire while the service remains available, and are consumed before monthly credits. A generation failure restores the reserved credit. Limited dislike refunds are a courtesy and may be restricted to prevent abuse.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Purchases are processed and managed through the applicable app store or payment provider. You can access the relevant subscription-management option through your platform account or Snappy Settings. Purchases are also governed by the applicable provider’s terms and refund policies.
Anonymous use and History
Snappy creates an anonymous account for the app installation. That account’s state may become inaccessible if you clear app storage or change devices. Eligible creations may appear in History on the installation that created them, and image files are retained for up to seven days.
Restore Purchases may move eligible store subscription access and remaining credits to the anonymous account currently open in Snappy. The previous wallet is reduced as part of the same transfer so credits are not duplicated. Image History does not move during purchase restoration. Apple and Google purchases are managed separately by their respective stores, and multiple subscriptions may continue until canceled.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access for misuse. You may stop using Snappy at any time and can delete account data in Settings. Sections that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and retained billing obligations—continue after termination.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Snappy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, PetalPro Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Snappy.
App-store terms and contact
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app. Google Play’s applicable terms also govern Android downloads and purchases. Questions can be sent to support@petalprotechnologies.com.
